1. Booking Cancellations

Bookings reserved through Baseline Studios via our booking portal may be canceled or rescheduled according to the terms selected at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the allowable grace period prior to your scheduled time slot are eligible for a full or partial refund, or booking credit.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

If you encounter any technical or access issues during your scheduled time at Baseline Studios, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue or issue appropriate booking credits.
